Investing in Black Women

I encourage you to read two compelling pieces on why investing in women of color is so important.

The first piece written by Teresa C. Younger, president and CEO of the MS. Foundation for Women and Tulaine Montgomery, Managing Partner, New Profit, lays out why investing in black women benefits society as a whole.

The second piece, by Ruth McFarlane, vice president of advancement for the MS. Foundation for Women imagines a world where women of color aren’t limited by unexamined structural barriers to resources.
